  • Hello!

Bowling | Milwaukee area family photographer

I  know this is a lot of images to share, but this was such a fun afternoon this weekend taking our children bowling for the first time ever.  Thank you to my husband, Jason, for being such a great daddy and teaching all three of them and cheering them on! This style of photography is more ‘candid’ or ‘lifestyle’ photography. I enjoy this style since it shows real emotion and connection between families more so than sitting and fake-smiling for a camera.

Waiting for the ball to get to the pins (which with a 4 year old’s strength allows time to go back for a sip of soda before it hits the pins, ha!)

Love this!

Nicholas showing the number of pins he hit (seriously). lol

Our 22 month old kicking the bowling ball instead of rolling – ouch!

Maybe rolling works better….

As we neared the end of the game our 4 year olds wanted to do it all by themselves. Nicholas is waiting for his lane to be ready here and his subsequent turn.

This was such a great afternoon! Make sure you all take time from work to cherish this time with your family! It is PRICELESS 🙂

Jessica Deane - These are priceless! seriously! 🙂

Dad - Those are really great pictures. The kids appear to love bowling!

Hailey - I love these personal posts about your family. Bowling has always been a really fun thing for me as a kid (and even today.) Your family is adorable. Thanks for sharing!

suzyb - oh those are just sooo precious! beautiful moments and images 🙂 thanks for sharing!

Sue Maus - Super photos! The “series” with Celia is great. The last one with Nicholas makes it look like he bowled left handed — you can’t tell the ball actually was a large right handed shot put! It was a wonderful afternoon.

Joanna - These are so fun – I love it Jill! And wow, Celia’s got some long legs!

Sylvia - so cute Jill! Thanks for sharing.

Library ~ Photo of the day | Milwaukee baby child photographer

At least once a week we all head to the library. We have a great library near our home! Each week we pull books off the shelves and pack them into the book bag. We need a lot of books because each night we read at least 2 books before bed. So in a week, we need a minimum of 14 books. More is better so that we can read during the day too.
The library trip consists of a lot of ”we need to be quiet’ and ‘walk!’ (in a whisper-yell) from me as my twin four year olds and little 22 month old run (yes, you read that correctly, run) through the book aisles chasing each other. Thankfully, the librarians understand that preschoolers and toddlers have these energy spurts that they have a hard time controlling. ha! Truthfully, most of the yelling and running is from the 22 month old. But, when we get home we have a whole bag full of new adventures to read about. 🙂

Joanna - These are totally cute! We go to the library a lot too and our experience is a lot like yours (keeping the 20 month old child from running and yelling). But thank goodness for the library and new books and movies – especially come summer. Love these pics!

Danielle - They are adorable!

chad - reading is so fun…so are these pictures.

Remember | Milwaukee newborn baby photography

Remember my tiny toes, fingers and how small I am.

I grow up too fast, you know.

Remember my sleeping smiles and how I curl into your arms.

Remember.
