I truly do enjoy photographing families. As a Mother myself, there are those moments you know are fleeting and you know you need to soak them up while you have them. Children are little for such a short time. Photographs are there to remind us of those times past. I love to capture connections between family members – because its all about you and your relationship together.
And sometimes those connections are with siblings, pets, or a connection between the viewer and the subject in the image.
I promised I would share a few more from a recent session from a prior blog post (click HERE). I love the pop of color with these balloons! When I consult with families before a session, I like to brainstorm some objects we could include to show the personality of the child. These two loved red balloons. And the handsome young man loves books. I want families to be able to look back on their images and remember the personality of the child as well. 😉
